We only use Pos Laju (www.poslaju.com.my) for delivery. For Peninsular, you will receive your order within 1-2 days. While for Sabah and Sarawak between 1-4 days.

Once we post your order, we will sms you the tracking code. If you have not received the product within 3 working days after receiving the SMS delivery confirmation, please contact us. We will check if there are problems with your delivery.

We encourage you to give your office address if no one at home on office hour. This is to ensure the goods safely reach at your hands. If no one at home, the courier will leave the collection card in your house. You have to claim your package in Pos Laju Center near you.
